The Client: Mooch Confections

 

Objective: The frequently asked questions page on the owner's website needed to be restructured and rewritten to better guide website visitors to the answers they were looking for. The goal was to reduce the amount of time the owner spent replying to questions that were already addressed on the website.​

Tone: Cheerful, Informative

 

My Strategy: 

• I organized the questions by category so it would be easy to find answers without needing to read the whole FAQ page.

• I front-loaded the most important information in each answer.

• I rewrote the responses to make it easier to read and adjusted the tone in some responses to ensure they sounded friendly and understanding.
